Islamabad: The Overseas Pakistani Foundation (OPF) has been unable to complete any of its nine projects on time, but the documents state otherwise, according to a new source. Due to delays, the development cost of these projects has mounted to billions, causing serious trouble for those who booked it during the time of project launch.
According to this news report, nine projects have so far been launched under the foundation, including OPF Housing Society in Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, and Larkana. Despite acquiring land and getting NOCs from the respective land authorities, these projects haven’t been completed even after a delay of several years. The deadline for some of these projects was due in the mid-90s.
