Mansehra: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister (CM) Mahmood Khan on Thursday (October 28) visited Torghar district to inaugurate development projects, completed at the cost of PKR 270 million, according to news sources.

CM Khan, while addressing the public in Judbah, announced PKR 300 funds for other uplift projects in the district for equal development in both rural and urban areas. As per the details, CM laid the foundation stone for Shagai-Kalish and Gorya-Danda Japeet roads, at the total cost of PKR 90 million. During the visit, the chief minister also inaugurated a micro-hydropower project to supply electricity to the Madakhel area, with a total cost of PKR 120 million. Additionally, he laid the foundation for PKR 60 million Rescue 1122 building. He stated that emergency services will soon be extended to other districts as well.

MPAs Fareed Salahuddin and Mufti Obaidullah, MNA Saleh Mohammad, and Special Assistant to Chief Minister Ahmad Hussain Shah also addressed the event.
