Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi has opened bookings for its standard and luxury apartments. The registration form holders who wish to own an apartment in the locality have already started following the booking process.
The developer has issued important booking-related information, which we have jotted down below. Please go through these details and let us know in case you find it difficult to understand any of the points.
- Booking forms have been sent free of cost to the addresses provided by the registered members who have not obtained open certificates.
- Booking forms are also available free of cost for registered members with open certificates from the project offices of Fazaia Housing Scheme in Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi, or from authorised dealers’ offices.
- Applicants who intend to book apartments must ensure they fill out and sign the application form properly.
- Members who have opted for standard apartments are not allowed to choose apartments from the luxury category. Similarly, the members who have opted for luxury apartments are not allowed to choose apartments from the standard category. If errors in entry are made, the booking form will be cancelled and will not be included in the balloting.
- A minimum of one and a maximum of four registrations (open certificates or registration slips) can be attached to one booking form. Each booking form will be given an adjustment of Rs 60,000 per registration in the payment plan.
- If registration slips are attached to the booking form, registration numbers should be clearly written on the form and all respective registrations should have the same name and CNIC number as stated on the booking form.
- Members who have open certificates are only required to write the certificate numbers on the booking form. They are not supposed to write the registration numbers printed on the open certificate.
- If members are attaching open registration certificates, the name and CNIC numbers mentioned on them do not have to be the same as they are on the booking form.
- The pay order should be made in favour of ‘Fazaia Karachi Collection’, to Account No. 00427901591703.
- Applicants are required to write their names, CNIC numbers, booking form numbers, and include their signature on the back of open registration certificates/registration slips.
- The booking form along with the original documents must be submitted to any branch of HBL or Fazaia’s project offices in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi.

You must also note that Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi will refund the booking amount – in the form of pay orders – within 1 or 2 weeks if an applicant fails to make the cut in the balloting. An official of Fazaia told Zameen.com that the balloting date would be announced after Eid-ul-Azha and also advised that interested form holders should apply for booking before September 10.

Dear Nayyar,
– The scope and future are good, considering that the groundbreaking of both the sites of the project has been done fairly recently. Secondly, PAF is the muscle behind the project and PAF will not let its goodwill impair.
– Secondly, we haven’t heard of any land disputes in relation to the project. So, you should not rely on any rumours flying about in the market.
– Choosing between Bahria and Fazaia is totally up to the investors. Both the developers have their unique market offerings.
– We can’t say whether or not the down payment will go in minus in the future. I think it would be too early to speculate about it.
– September 16 is the last date of booking

Dear Anam,
You have not discussed the location of the project at all. The main reason due to which someone invests or buy a property to live is the location, and prices are high or low based on the proximity of that location with the city and law & order esp for a city like Karachi.
What I have heard is that the location of Fazaiya is really pathetic and even Bahria Town Karachi is better as it at least has gate on the main super highway while For Fazaiya you have to go to no man’s land some (4-5 km after turning left from Super highway). Will you still recommend this project?
