Lahore – The Town Planning Wing of the LDA (Lahore Development Authority) commenced a crackdown against illegal developments in the city.

Six illegal developments were demolished on Jan Mohammad Road near Architect Society, built without the building plan approval. Plus, three other buildings were also flattened in the same area because of the illegal commercial activities.
In Military Accounts Housing Society on College Road, an under-construction plaza was razed because it was built on a residential plot without getting commercialization approval. In Kot Lakhpat area, LDA flattened eight shops that were constructed against the building plans.
