Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has instructed the Capital Development Authority (CDA) and allottees to find an acceptable solution to the illegal construction activities seen in agro farms, reported a news source. The case was adjourned till October 29.
Reportedly, similar instructions were given by IHC in the previous hearing. However, no meeting was held between the CDA officials and allottees.
