In Karachi, the city dominated by high-rise towers, many people are looking for living spaces with openness and security – away from metropolitan’s typical hassle. Much to the relief of the crammed urbanites that reside here, DHA City Karachi was established on the periphery of the city in a serene and secure environment. More than 50% of DHA City is already developed. Sector 3 of DHA City is being opened for construction and possession within this month. DHA Karachi has recently launched DHA Oasis Phase II, an exclusive farmhouse and chalet project.
Project details
The DHA Oasis project, comprising farmhouses and chalets, is located in DHA City Sector 1 – the prime sector of this huge and cherished housing project. Relishing the encouraging response that was extended to DHA Oasis Phase I, the developer is not looking to slow down. While maintaining the fast pace of development works, and ensuring construction quality, construction of 125 farmhouses is going on fast track basis.
At this new launch, DHA is offering constructed farmhouses on 2,000, 2,500, and 3,000 sq. yd. plots; featuring three to four bedrooms, a spacious lounge, a modern kitchen, a beautiful swimming pool along with a BBQ area, and a beautifully landscaped lawn. That’s not all – the farmhouse community will benefit from a multitude of enticing amenities and features lined up for its esteemed buyers. Some of these exclusive facilities include a country club, riding club, drive-in cinema, food courts, gymnasium and spa, and fully functional commercial area.
Payment and pricing
These farmhouses are offered at reasonable prices and through a convenient payment plan. With the amount to be cleared in 16 quarterly instalments, the down payment is only 5%. Most importantly, Bank financing facility is also available. Here is the payment plan:
According to DHA Karachi’s official website, the developer will charge an additional amount from successful applicants on account of any additional constructed space and/or features. An additional amount will also be charged for farmhouses occupying corner locations, facing parks, or having extra land. In addition, the price mentioned above doesn’t include utility charges.
The last date to apply for a farmhouse in DHA Oasis Phase II is September 15.
How to apply?
Interested buyers can download the form by clicking here, fill it, and submit at designated branches of Askari Bank, Bank Al Habib, Dubai Islamic Bank, and Muslim Commercial Bank. The applicants are required to submit an original bank slip with their applications.
The application form needs to be submitted with a pay order amounting to PKR 100,000 in the name of DCK Housing Application, which includes a non-refundable processing fee of PKR 25,000. The remaining PKR 75,000 will be adjusted in the down payment amount for the successful applicants, and refunded to the unsuccessful applicants.
Please note, the applicants are required to submit one form for each farmhouse (size category); for instance, if someone wants to apply for all three sizes, he will be required to submit three forms. Successful applicants will be required to submit the down payment within the period specified, or their registration will be cancelled.
Also, bear in mind that the application forms are free of cost and nobody is authorised to sell them. Furthermore, you must also know that the DHA will not entertain incomplete application forms.
Instructions for overseas Pakistanis
Overseas Pakistanis interested in applying for DHA Oasis farmhouses are required to submit the registration fee in USD. Out of USD 1,000, USD 250 is the processing fee while the remaining USD 750 will be adjusted in the down payment of the successful applicants, and refunded to the unsuccessful ones.

Overseas applicants can apply both online or through post. In case they apply online, they can email their application forms, scanned copies of CNIC/NICOP, and bank transaction receipt at fhs2.fin@dhakarachi.org and CC it to fhs2.mis@dhakarachi.org.

Important Note
Applicants who remained unsuccessful in the DHA Oasis Phase I ballot and haven’t been refunded will be included in this ballot. Ballot results will be available on the DHA website within 24 hours of the ballot. In case they are unsuccessful, the amount will be immediately refunded.
