Karachi: Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has made a CAA-issued NOC mandatory for high-rise constructions, as well as mobile phone antenna towers, within a 15 km radius of all airports in Pakistan, according to news source. The CAA has indicated strict implementation of this rule.
The news report also revealed that CAA hasn’t approved construction plans for various buildings in the country, and is thus denying them an NOC. With CAA now looking serious to make sure builders follow the set rules, it has warned of legal action against those breaching these rules.
