Lahore: Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab Vice-Chairperson Dr Shahid Mahmood on Wednesday (February 23) shared that a 24/7 helpline (042-111-672-672) has been established for expats to register their complaints any time, according to media reports.

Reportedly, the expats had problems registering their complaints due to different time zones. The said helpline for expats will allow them to get their complaints registered at any time. A mobile application has also been developed for the convenience of non-resident Pakistanis.

Through the app, the overseas Pakistanis will be provided all the services under one roof so their problems can be resolved on priority. The expats can access the services without any obstacles. Moreover, the OPC Vice-Chairperson reviewed the performance of OPC Mall Markaz and the facilities provided. He stated that the expats can obtain computerised documentary records of land across Punjab from OPC Mall Markaz.
