Hyderabad: Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA) Director General (DG) Ghulam Muhammad Qaimkhani announced on Thursday that the authority’s Planning and Development Control (P&DC) Wing would soon launch a one-window applications processing facility, a news source reported. He explained that the decision had been taken to facilitate local citizens.

The DG further added that the one-window facility is being launched for the wing owing to its critical importance and that it has direct access to the public. He also issued instructions to P&DC Director Muhammad Bashir Awan to improve the mechanism used for the allotment and transfer of plots, and the approvals for housing schemes.

Moreover, He directed that the National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) instructions about digitisation of records should also be implemented and that the maps of the residential projects should be prepared on ‘Auto Cad’.
