Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA) has launched new plots in Gulistan-e-Sarmast Housing Scheme Phase IV, according to a news source. As per the publication, the plots on offer are in the following sizes: 100 sq yd, 120 sq yd, 240 sq yd, and 400 sq yd.

After interested partied have paid the booking fees, they
have the option of paying the remaining amount in instalments over a period of
3 years.
Gulistan-e-Sarmast Housing Scheme Phase 4 is located near the Khuda Hafiz Chowk and the Kohsar Housing Scheme. According to the publication, the forms for these plots can be obtained from any branch of Allied Bank Limited (ABL) and can be submitted at the designated branches.
As per the information available, rapid development are said
to be taking place within the project. The carpeted road network has nearly been
completed, and all the main water lines have also been laid. Additionally, the
water tanks and pump house for the society have been built; while sewerage
lines have also been laid in several sectors.
dear sir, I have booked 120 yds. plot in iv phase of Gulshan e Sarmast. Last 10 th of April 2021 was Quarterly due date of plot but Auto Bhan Hyderabad office of said project refused to collect/Deposit Quarterly Instalment.
kindly share to me why said office refused to collect quarterly Amount and when will be balloting procedure announced.
