Hyderabad: The governing body of the Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA) has approved an increase in its service charges – imposed by the authority’s Planning and Control Department under various heads, according to a news source. The revised rates are into immediate effect.
Further, the HDA has instructed the developers of projects with
cancelled NOCs to clear their pending dues by April 15. In cases of
non-compliance, these individuals would be required to pay their dues in
accordance with the new tariff issued following the deadline date.
