Lahore: A newly-renovated branch of the House Building Finance Company Limited (HBFC) was inaugurated in the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore on Friday, a news source reported. HBFC Board Director Arfa Waheed Malik, Business & Operations Group Head Faisal Murad, Regional Head (Central Region) Muhammad Iqbal Shad, Area Head Shabbir Ahmed and other company officials were all present at the occasion.
According to the details revealed, HBFC aims to extend its operations to facilitate the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP) under which the government is constructing low-cost housing units in various parts of the country.

To this effect, HBFC Board Director Arfa Waheed Malik stated that the organization was striving to provide ‘quick and hassle-free services’ to its customers; adding that it wanted to provide citizens with the means to secure their own accommodations.
Speaking on the occasion, HBFC Business & Operations Group Head Faisal Murad stated that the company was in the process of updating the infrastructure of its branches and ‘relocating them to convenient locations to provide ease to customers’.
