The petitioners filed the case back in December 2018. They requested the court to stop the HDA Governing Body and other departments from using funds for purposes other than carrying out the development work.
The complainants said that the plot allottees pay money to the developer for carrying out infrastructural development work, said the petitioners. To seek further explanation on the matter, the court nominated the above-mentioned departments as a party in the case, and sent them notices.
The SCH has adjourned the case till its next hearing on April 23.
