Islamabad: The management of Gulberg Residencia has announced the details of the plots ready for possession in the project’s Blocks L and M, according to a publication. Historically, the project developer has been noted for handing over the possession of plots in phases.
According to the latest publication, possession is now being offered for the remaining plots in Block L, and a new batch of plots in Block M. In the same communication, the society management has notified that the details of the remaining plots that are ready for possession in Block M will be shared via a news publication next Sunday.
The management has also requested the owners of these plots to contact the society office in Gulberg Greens to get possession of their property. As per the publication, the developer has assigned new numbers to these plots in Block L and M. The plot owners can tally the new plot numbers against the old plot numbers by visiting the site office.
