Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) issued a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) on Monday for the development of the Gulberg Greens Farm Housing Scheme, a news source reported. The civic body confirmed this news in a press release.
According to details, the Intelligence Bureau Employee Cooperative Housing Society (IBECHS) has sponsored the said housing scheme. The project spans across more than 16,000 kanals in Zone IV, Islamabad.
Previously, CDA had issued an NOC for the development of Gulberg Residencia (IBECHS Phase-III), which is a housing project spanning across over 19,000 kanals.
As per details available on the official website of Gulberg Islamabad, the Gulberg Greens Farm Housing Scheme offers a wide range of amenities; including a knowledge village, a fire station, and a lake attraction. According to the developer, the Gulberg Residencia project aims to bring a luxury residential lifestyle experience to its members.
