Karachi: The groundbreaking ceremony for the ARY Laguna project in Defence Housing Authority (DHA) City will take place today at the Ary Laguna site in DHA City Karachi, according to the project’s Facebook page. During the even proceedings, a list of platinum agents will also be unveiled.
Referred to as ‘Pakistan’s most anticipated real estate launch’, Ary Laguna is being developed as a grand beach-side real estate development and would feature world-class artificial crystal lagoon. At the beginning of this year, ARY Network CEO Salman Iqbal had revealed that Ary Laguna was all set to become Pakistan’s first artificial beach and resort-style housing project and would feature villas, South Asia’s tallest building, and the country’s largest shopping mall.
It was also announced that 80% of the villas in the project will be developed in front of the artificial beach attraction. Also, the dwellers will be offered access to private beaches and thrilling water sports. According to reports, expansive green patches would be installed to offer a ‘complete natural habitat’.
