Lahore: Zameen.com has launched its first residential project, Zameen Opal, on Raiwind Road in Lahore under the umbrella of Zameen Developments, a news source reported.
Zameen CEO Zeeshan Ali Khan performed the ground-breaking of the project. Country Head Ahmad Bhatti, Vice President Haroon Malik, Senior Director Project Sales Laeeque Chaudhry, and Director Project Development Fahad Arif Khawaja were all present at the occasion.
Zameen Opal will feature state-of-the-art residential apartments, along with additional facilities. A total of 175 apartments will be constructed on 10 kanals of land—in Land Breeze Housing Society.
Zameen CEO Zeeshan Ali Khan referred to the ground-breaking ceremony during the holy month of Ramzan as a massive success and blessing. He said that the organisation aims to grow in order to make further contributions to the real estate industry.
He stated that the purpose of Zameen Developments was to address the gaps in the development and construction sectors; leveraging the trust of the Zameen brand built through 13 years of tireless service.
Moreover, Zameen Developments is committed to developing well-planned residential and commercial projects in a bid to facilitate the growth of development projects in Pakistan.
For this purpose, Zameen Developments will launch multiple projects following international standards across the country. Khan stated that Zameen Ace Mall was being constructed in DHA Islamabad, and that the project had received an encouraging response from buyers.
