Lahore: Green Palms Housing, Gwadar and the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for providing residential and commercial plots to members at special corporate rates, news sources reported.

To this effect, a residential block in Overseas District has been dedicated in the Green Palms Housing Project for the members and employees of LCCI. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by the President of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce Tariq Misbah, and Rafi Group Chairman Imtiaz Rafi Butt.
Speaking at the event, Imtiaz Rafi stated that Gwadar would become a future economic hub equipped with all world-class amenities. The project will have a significant impact on Pakistan’s economy. He also said that there will be no compromise on the project’s quality and timely completion.

According to the chairman, the project will be equipped with all of the essential and modern amenities that will be offered to inhabitants for the future demands of the developing port city. Speaking on the event, LCCI president Tariq Misbah remarked that the Rafi Group’s contributions to the Pakistani real estate market are noteworthy.
