Faisalabad: The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has decided to conduct operation against defaulters, a news source reported. It has also been decided that cases of defaulters of more than PKR 100,000 will be sent to National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
According to details, FESCO Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has instructed the staff to conduct a grand operation against defaulters. Connections of the consumers who haven’t paid bills for the past two months will be disconnected. People whose connections are disconnected this way will not only have to pay fines, and dues, they will also be required to submit a new demand notice.
The list of people who haven’t paid their bills till June 2018 has been provided to field staff. This will increase FESCO’s revenue by tens of millions.
