Lahore: A grand anti-encroachment operation was conducted in several cities of Punjab, according to a news report. Property worth billions of rupees and hundreds of kanals was repossessed by authorities. In Lahore, 73 plots were repossessed from the land grabbers.
The operation took place in Lahore, Kasur, Nankana Sahab, Gujranwala, and Hafizabad, among other cities. In Lahore, the operation took place in Anarkali, Johar Town, Sabzazar, and Urdu Bazar among other places. Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General Amna Imran Khan supervised the operation in Lahore along with district administration.
