Urging citizens to provide their input during the survey, the CM said that the KP government will perform a thorough exercise to gather information about what people need and expect from the budget.
CM Khan assured that the next budget will employ a just formula that will ensure the protection of people’s interests. It will focus on a fair distribution of resources, along with a planning strategy based on a goals-oriented road map.
The KP government is prioritising the next budget’s preparation in order to eliminate strategies based on assumptions and unclear directions. The CM added that the survey will ensure the correction of past flaws of the process, and prevent instances of wasteful resource drainage.
