Gujrat: The Punjab government has planned to acquire 100 acres of land to build a Narowal sub-campus of the University of Gujrat (UoG).
According to a news source, the federal government has given approval to initially release Rs 2 billion for the university. Half of the funds to be released by the federal government would be spent on the construction of the Narowal sub-campus, while the other half would be utilised in the Main Hafiz Hayat Campus.
