Dr Mirza said that the use of face mask has been made mandatory in markets, malls, mass transport, commercial flights, trains and other crowded places due to the reported fact that 92% positive cases of COVID-19 are due to local transmission. He also expressed concern over fallacious information circulating the social media regarding coronavirus infection. He urged citizens to use authenticated sources for correct information and visit the hospitals when tested positive for COVID-19, instead of hiding it.
