State Minister for Revenue Hammad Azhar and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman Shabbar Zaidi announced the launch of these two portals during a morning press briefing.
The minister said that the tax profiling system is available on the websites of the FBR and the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA). He added that those who wish to access their data can do so by filling in their CNIC details online.

For viewing information on the FBR portal, registered taxpayers can use their Iris login account. However, non-registered individuals will have to first register themselves with the tax collection authority for acquiring details.
The FBR chairman said that by providing CNIC and cell phone number, people can request access to their information. In case of FBR, the person concerned will have to send a message to 9966 for receiving a registration code.

However, the data available on NADRA’s portal can be accessed through online registration that costs PKR 500. For those who do not wish to pay the processing fee, the authority has introduced a walk-in request facility at its registration centres where individuals can request access to their information after providing their original CNICs.
