Timergara: Member of National Assembly (MNA) Mohammad Bashir inaugurated a gas supply project at Munda, according to a news source. This project is expected to cost PKR 500 million, and is geared to uplift the Lower Dir district. Many locals and political workers attended the inauguration ceremony.
Bashir revealed that adequate gas supply had been a long-standing demand of the people of Jandol. He also stated that the government would cater to all of the residents’ requirements in due time. The non-availability of a passport office, staggered electricity supply, and lack of a NADRA office, comprise some of these concerns.
Bashir informed that the supply of gas and electricity would be provided on a priority basis.
He also said that modern facilities would be given to the schools and hospitals functioning in the district. He thanked the residents for putting their trust in the government.
Managing Director Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL) Taha Khan also addressed the gathering.
