Karachi – The registered members of Bahria Town Karachi, booking for residential plots, will get a refund of Rs. 150,000 (amount of adjustment/discount) along with the token fee, in case of failing in the balloting process.
This is an additional favor that will be given only to those members who will not be able to win in the balloting process of residential plots.
