In the recent past, a number of housing societies have sprung up towards the southern edge of Lahore, which looks on track to eventually become the new urban centre of the city. Khayaban-e-Amin, a project of Sahir Associates, is one of the most successful of these housing schemes. It aims to cater to the housing needs of people belonging to all income strata, as it offers property units of 5 and 10 marlas and 1 and 2 kanals.
The society comprises 17 blocks, a few of which are fully developed. People are also living in some blocks such as E and G. The most recent development in Khayaban-e-Amin is the provision of Sui gas in Blocks A, B, C and D. Through an advert, Sahir Associates has requested the members who own 10-marla, and 1- and 2-kanal property units in these blocks to submit their applications to the Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL) to get gas connections.
The prices of properties in Khayaban-e-Amin have already increased massively since its launch and with the provision of gas connections in the first four blocks, the members should expect to see another rise in prices here.
Possession Status
Sahir Associates has handed over possession in Blocks A, B, C, D and E and it is expected that the allottees of Blocks N and P will also get possession in a few months.
Location
Khayaban-e-Amin is located in the south of the city on Defence Road and lies in close proximity to Wapda Town. Valencia Town is situated just opposite this society. Through Defence Road, the society is connected to both Multan Road and Raiwind Road.
The crux of this post is that Khayaban-e-Amin is a society that has equal potential for both investors and home-buyers. The provision of Sui gas in the aforementioned blocks is a good sign of price growth in the locality, which means investors should consider this locality right away.

4 years since i have plot in N block. they always say 1-2 months for possession but still no sign. extremely pathetic society owners who cannot manage their stuff properly.
No doubt the society and rates are very alluring but the surprising thing is that dealers are unable to find good plots in areas already having possession (A-D). This is extremely frustrating and raises many questions over the repute of society and the prices.
waht about M block single story five Marla ,
This is good society and it is in developing phase which may be take time but owner is trying his best to complete the development. The main thing that i have not seen the prices for low income persons any where except this. I hope that with one two years or Ring Road completion will give this high boast.
An awareness call for all the innocent people who are planning to invest in this society (Khayaban-e-Amin)
Society owners and staff (at site and in head office) are lairs.. you will never get the correct response on the status of development. Whenever you will ask for the possession details, they will say within 2 months and this lie never ends. Possession for H block was due in September-2014 (according to their published documents), still (in 2016) no sign of it. whenever i have talked to these people they have always been lying. Absolute lairs and won’t recommend any sort of investment with them. BE=AWARE! of these liars. Look for better options other than this Society. You might get possession after your investment in 8-10 years (if you are lucky enough) or keep waiting and listening to their lie.

People i booked my house in 2008 at Khayaban E Amin Block P then they told me that they will give me the possession after 2 years but still no response. Last time i visited the society and i checked in the map but my house was not in the map then i contact to the persons in the Head office they told me that your house number has been changed and then they gave me the new house number. And they told me that they sent the possession letters to 16 members of P block and other 16 will sent at the last quarter of this year 2016. Now recently i call them they told me that they can’t give possession because of Ring Road and they plan that they give back money to the members . After 8 years they told me that they give money back to the Members. What Rubbish
