Love is blind but real estate surely isn’t! Investors prefer to have a clear idea of how their investment is likely to fare in the future and where their money is going. Perhaps this is why the price of Fazaia Housing Scheme Sargodha’s registration forms fell drastically after they entered the market. However, like many things that are initially knocked down emerge bigger and better than ever, these forms have made their comeback, too!
These registration forms came into the market at the official rate of PKR 25,000, but as there were too many forms and perhaps not as much demand, their price fell drastically to around PKR 8,500 in August 2015. This could be because the payment plan for the scheme had not been revealed and investors were unaware of how far they would be reimbursed for the purchased forms.
When the scheme’s payment plan was revealed, the prices rose. As trading continued, form prices reached a peak of PKR 22,000, and currently they are being traded at approximately PKR 16,500 to PKR 17,200.
According to the payment plan, the housing society is offering full adjustment worth PKR 50,000 for each form in the down payment. Furthermore, they have also offered an adjustment for one form in each instalment to be paid. Hence, if an investor purchases a form for less than PKR 25,000 and is then reimbursed by the housing society by PKR 50,000 in their instalment payment, the investor gains substantially.

Fazaia Housing Scheme Sargodha is located in Shaheenabad and is a massive project offering 5-marla, 7-marla, 10-marla, and 1-kanal plots. The payment plan is divided into a down payment, 12 quarterly instalments, and separate development charges with reimbursements for forms in the down payment. All this is shown below:

Future prospects
Investors are excited about the form adjustment value as they are, in a way, being rewarded for their interest. Additionally, the adjustment of one form in each instalment may further propel investment activity. Thus, the future seems to be bright for Fazaia Housing Scheme Sargodha.

Location of FHS sargodha is not suitable . it is far away from city. People are showing lack of interest due to it. To gain the attention FHS management is giving Lollipop of form adjustment in each installment. . Many people here in sargodha thinks that Eden builders (notorious builders ) are their parteners.In my opinion it will be very hard for FHS to be a successful scheme in sargodha

dear first of all the logo you have used is of fazaia karachi not fazaia sargodha plus just clarify about development charges its upto you to pay after 4th installment or after second.
and if ones read terms and conditions it clearly mentioned that amount i.e 25000 will be refunded then whats the ambiguity.

That’s very good of you that you said it yourself….” there is no ambiguity in it” the terms and conditions clearly states that 25000 of registration form is refundable….. bt ambiguity starts when ur officers says that it will be refunded only to those who applied for refund in the specific Time duration I.e 5 Dec to 30 dec (u know nothing like that is mentioned in rules stated in forms)

There are stories of false promises made through agents sitting on site of Fazaia Housig Scheme then denial from officials of the scheme

Two officials of FHS,Sargodha, Khubaib and Kanwal, have seated very cunning agents at the site, who with their glib tongue and false promises seduce simple customers and push them to Fazaia booking office where shrewed Kanwal shows off her cleavage, gives luring smiles and verbally confirms cunning and false promises of halal agents. Customer is tricked into buying plots. After when customer has been robbed of his money they deny all promises of incentives to customers. Kanwal, an unmarried woman of growing age starts misbehaving and tell the customers a new set of very strict and customer unfriendly rules. Kindly kick deceiving woman Kanwal out of Fazaia Housing as she is bringing bad name to FAZAIA.
