The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has executed a number of high-standard residential projects in the federal capital. People sometimes face delays in CDA’s projects, but the civic authority usually tries to devise favourable ways out when a project is delayed.
Now the civic authority has approved development projects worth Rs 33.93 billion, and under these projects it will carry out infrastructure development in Kuri Model Village and Sectors C-14 and C-15. Furthermore, the CDA will also expand Islamabad Highway from Zero Point to GT Road. This must be good news for those who have invested in these localities.
Sectors C-14 and C-15 are located in the foothills of the Margalla range and the civic authority has allocated Rs 8 billion for their development, per a news source. On the other hand, the development of Kuri Model Village will cost the CDA Rs 4 billion, and with this money the authority will acquire the required land for the project as well as undertaking long-delayed infrastructure development.
Mr Malik Sarfraz of IFZ Enterprises told Zameen.com that the CDA had not acquired all the land required for Sector C-14 yet and the sector was not witnessing investment activity. He said, however, that Sector C-15 was good for investment at the moment because property prices in the locality were low but expected to go up in future.
Kuri Model Village is currently stagnant, as there is no noticeable investment activity in the area. We have also learned that the sale price of a 2,100 square foot-file here currently costs around Rs 800,000.
Now that the CDA has planned to undertake development work in Kuri Model Village and Sectors C-14 and C-15, we should hope to see these localities growing in the near future. Let’s just keep our fingers crossed that the CDA actually completes these infrastructure development projects on a priority basis so the stakeholders can look forward to decent buying-selling activity.

I think best option is Kuri Model village, But it is very difficult to find out the cleared file, most of the files are flack or sale to more than one person. Here you can say high risk with high return.
