Lahore: Zameen.com has acquired the sales and marketing rights for hotel apartments in Glamorous Heights, Kalam. The project is located on the Kalam-Nabal Road.
The ground plus 4-storeys building, spanning 78 marlas, features a total of 90 furnished apartments – which come with a 6% rental income yield guarantee (further expected to increase by 25% after every three years).
Interested buyers can book these units by paying 30% of the total price as down payment, and the remaining amount has to be cleared within a time frame of 2.5 years (through flexible payment plan options). Moreover, the finishing charges are set at 20%.
The finished hotel apartments will not be offered for
possession for personal use as the developer will rent out these units to
tourists; further stating that this business model will allow investors to
secure rental income on a monthly basis.
