Abbotabad: The Galiyat Development Authority (GDA) has invited expressions of interest (EOI) from national and international investors for the development of a Sustainable Tourism Zone in Thandiani, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Spanning 50 acres, the project aims to establish a premier tourist destination featuring luxury hotels, a wellness center, and a leisure park. The initiative is designed to boost tourism, generate economic growth, and promote environmentally sustainable development in the Galiyat region.

Investment & Project Scope
Investors will undertake the planning, design, financing, construction, and management of the tourism zone under the KP Public-Private Partnership Act 2020, adhering to relevant government regulations.
Interested parties can obtain the Pre-Qualification Document (PQD) from the GDA office for a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000 or download it from www.gda.gkp.pk or www.kppra.gov.pk—with proof of fee submission required upon application.

EOIs must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Director General, Galiyat Development Authority, Abbottabad, by 12:00 PM on May 10, 2025. Applications will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidder representatives.
