Abbottabad: The Galiyat Development Authority (GDA) has given last chance to the 38 allottees of commercial and residential plots to clear their dues in its final notice, a news source reported. The defaulters have been asked to clear their dues before June 30, 2018 or their plots will be cancelled and allotted to others.
The 38 allottees include 14 shop owners and 24 residential plot owners, and the plots are located in Nathiagali, Changla Gali, Donga Gali, Gora Dhaka, and Ayubia. GDA came into action after Supreme Court of Pakistan and provincial cabinet issued directions to the effect.
