The said amount is expected to be paid to the Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) in a few days — with the process to install the gas-supply infrastructure expected to be launched in Park Enclave-I soon after. Under this project, the gas company will install an external gas connection network and also provide a door-to-door internal gas conduction network.
Previously, the SNGPL had issued a demand notice worth PKR 243.397 million for the gas provided to the aforementioned residential scheme. However, upon the CDA’s insistence, the gas supply company later decided to issue a revised and reduced cost notice to Park Enclave-I.

The project’s development is almost near completion and it is a result of the CDA’s commitment to transform Park Enclave-I into a “model, modern, dynamic and futuristic housing project in Islamabad”.
Meanwhile, the CDA has also invited applications for plot allotments in Park Enclave–III to be submitted before September 17.
