Islamabad – The housing foundation of capital decides to demolish illegal built-up property in G-14.
The court has declared 2 million square feet of property as illegal and the housing director general has ordained to demolish the illegal construction.
The housing foundation was unable to undertake development work due to the property claims in G-14. Nevertheless, in the outcome of enquiries conducted by district and session judges, the property was affirmed to be illegal.
Malik Zafar Abbas, DG Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (EGEHF) has sent letter to the ICT administration regarding the demolition of property.
