Islamabad: The Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) has praised the government’s decision to build an expo centre in Faisalabad, a news source reported. (FPCCI) President Engineer Daroo Khan Achakzai recently expressed his views on the matter.

He said that since Faisalabad hosted big businesses and industrial units, it was one of the major cities in the country. He added that the chance to showcase Pakistani products at the expo centre would facilitate growth in country’s export volume.
Achakzai congratulated Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development and Management Company (FIEDMC) Chairman Mian Kashif Ashfaq for initiating the expo project; adding that the said initiative will provide enormous leverage for the promotion of trade and investment activities.

In response, Mian Kashif lauded the industrialists in Faisalabad who had been playing a major role in improving the volume of Pakistan’s textile export. He added that the expo centre would allow businessmen to market their products in a professional and peaceful setting.
