Karachi: Bahria Town Country Head Shahid Qureshi on Friday (January 3) laid the foundation stone for the scheme’s Central Park Apartments project situated in Bahria Paradise, according to social media posts. He further stated that the management had finalised the contractor for the project’s construction.
He said that the contractors selected had previously remained engaged with the development of various projects in Bahria Town Karachi. He added that the parties concerned had been finalised due to their track record of delivering projects on time.
He announced that Bahria Town recently addressed some of the hurdles it had faced in the past. This will also help Bahria Town deliver Central Park Apartments project before the committed time, he added.
Qureshi claimed that Bahria Town Karachi’s Central Park – following its completion – would be one-of-a-kind project in Pakistan; adding that it will be developed as per international construction practices. He also appreciated the Bahria Town team on their efforts geared towards the development work.
