Peshawar: The foundation stone for an Audit Complex in Hayatabad has been laid, according to a news source. The high-rise project is estimated to cost PKR 135 million.
The construction of the complex will allow all offices of Auditor General of Pakistan in the city to operate from under one roof. Previously, various offices were being operated from rented buildings. The complex will provide better working conditions and hence improve efficiency and coordination among all offices concerned.
The foundation stone of the project was laid by Auditor General of Pakistan Javaid Jahangir.
