Lahore: The extended forms submission deadline for DHA Quetta Smart City Phase I is set to expire in a few hours today — based on DHA Quetta’s managerial decision to keep its office open till 8 pm to facilitate the people interested in submitting their applications, according to informed Zameen News sources.
Previously, the overwhelming response the project received had convinced the developer to stretch the forms submission deadline till December 20. The final date for applications acceptance was previously set for December 13.
DHA Quetta Smart City Phase I was launched on November 1, 2019. It was considered one of the most anticipated DHA projects, and the first one under the DHA banner to be developed in Quetta. The project triggered buyers’ interest from all across Pakistan as well as from overseas investors.
Responding to this great public interest, the DHA Quetta administration had initiated the development work at the project site on December 3. As per informed Zameen News sources, the ballot to determine successful DHA Quetta applicants is expected to take place in January 2020.
