Gujranwala: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has begun the forensic audits of 200 housing schemes on the order of Supreme Court, according to a news report. The order was issued as a result of complaints by residents regarding non-provision of amenities and facilities. The FIA has demanded records from the housing schemes and has obtained the services of 114 firms for the purpose.
According to the details, residents complained that they were not being provided the services that had been promised to them when buying homes. The audit will take place in theentire Gujranwala region including 52 housing schemes from Gujranwala, 48 from Sialkot, 42 from Gujrat, 18 from Hafizabad, 16 from Mandi Bahauddin, and 24 from Narowal.
