Multan: The Director General (DG) Multan Development Authority (MDA) Tanvir Iqbal has announced that in an attempt to resolve the commute issues for the people of the city, the authority will construct a flyover at Madni Chowk, according to news reports.
The DG MDA made this announcement while presiding over a meeting held on Thursday, to discuss the construction of this flyover project. He also reassured that all of the department’s resources will be utilised to ensure the timely completion of the project.

When talking about the budget, the DG MDA informed the meeting that PKR 600 million will be spent on this project. He instructed the concerned officials to ensure that the design of the infrastructure should have an eye-pleasing aesthetic quality.

The officials briefed DG Iqbal that the flyover will be 900 metres long and 28 feet wide, and will be completed in the coming six months.
