Karachi: The ARY Laguna administration on Wednesday held the first phase of balloting and booking for units in the project, the official media page reported.
The process was completed today (June 10) and the administration has invited applicants to visit the project’ official site to verify their status. The notification also said that the unsuccessful applicants will be automatically adjusted in the upcoming ballot – which is expected to be held soon.
The much-awaited balloting ceremony was starstudded by Governor Imran Ismail, Chairman ARY Group Haji Jan Muhammad, Vice Chairman ARY Group Haji Abdul Rauf, Chairman ARY Laguna Salman Iqbal and various television personalities. The participants congratulated the successful future residents of the ARY Laguna on becoming part of the iconic project.
ARY Laguna is a residential project located in Defence Housing Authority-Karachi that is to feature Pakistan’s first artificial lagoon attraction. The application forms for apartments in the project were sold in December 2020 and verified for balloting in February 2021. Previously, the ballot was scheduled for March but was pushed due to the prevailing pandemic.
In another development, the ARY group and United Bank Limited (UBL) inked an Escrow payment arrangement to offer a secure and safe payment system for the ARY Laguna DHA City.
