The issue of pots in Sectors I-11 and I-12 raised in August last year, when the files were confiscated by the CDA security directorate, minutes before the issuance of allotment letters from the one-window operation centre of the civic agency. The security directorate conducted a probe that revealed the files carried backdated signatures.
