Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) on Tuesday (August 17) announced the result of balloting of residential plots located in Sectors F-14 and F-15, news sources reported. Chief Justice of Pakistan Gulzar Ahmed, and other members of the superior judiciary, as well as two Special Assistants to the Prime Minister (SAPM), were among the successful candidates.

According to reports, the FGEHA balloted 4,700 plots in the first phase of Sector F-14 and F-15. As per the list displayed on the FGEHA website, judges of the superior and subordinate judiciaries, as well as a few journalists, have been assigned to Category-I that include plots measuring one Kanal.

Other ballot winners of Sector F-14 and Sector F-15 include high-profile officials of payscale of BS-22 and 21 and two former directors general of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) — Ghalib Bandesha and Bashir Memon — a former inspector general of Islamabad, Tahir Alam, Orya Maqbool Jan, the Secretary to Cabinet Division Ahmed Nawaz Sukhera, and a number of other federal secretaries and bureaucrats.
