Islamabad: Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) has decided to purchase 20,000-kanal land in Bahra Kahu for the Green Enclave Housing Scheme, according to a news source. This scheme will be a joint venture between FGEHF and a private real estate developers.
According to details, about 18,000 people have already applied for Green Enclave. The approval for this joint-venture project was granted in an FGEHF board meeting held some days ago. The International Centre for Services Exchange has already approved the project.
