Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) will offer 150,000 plots in Islamabad at affordable rates, a news source quoted the foundation’s Director General Waqas Ali Mehmood. The foundation has collected PKR 27 billion from federal government employees so far, said Mehmood.
According to details, the foundation will give plots in Thalian, Bhara Kahu, F-14, F-15, and on Park Road. For acquiring land in the mentioned areas, FGEHF has already spent PKR 17 billion. Mehmood further said that the development work and process of purchasing land is going on at a good pace. He stated that FGEHF has purchased 10,629 kanals of land in F-14 and F-15, 8,200 kanals on Park Road, and 2,099 kanals in Bhara Kahu Phase I.
