Islamabad: The Federal Government Housing Authority (FGEHA) on Thursday shared details of housing schemes it launched in the capital city during the last 10 years, a news source reported. The details revealed that these housing projects included Green Enclave-I, Green Enclave-II, housing schemes in sectors F-14 and F-15, Thallian Scheme, and Park Road Housing Scheme.

The official document indicated that FGEHA received over PKR 23 billion from eligible members who showed consent letters for residential plots in the said housing projects. FGEHA had issued these consent letters to its members for the housing schemes mentioned above.
Meanwhile, FGHEHA also revealed that it received
- Over PKR 1 billion from members of Bhara Kahu (GE I)
- Over PKR 6 billion from Bhara Kahu (GE II)
- Over PKR 11 billion from sectors F-14 & F-15
- Over PKR 2 billion from Thallian
- Over PKR 1 billion from Park Road
With regard to Green Enclave II, FGEHA said that the development work was underway. It added that the layout plan was in its final stages and initial allotment would be made within 30 to 45 days. The authority revealed that the development work would start in 60 days and project would be ready for possession within one year.

On the matter of the Thallian Scheme, FGEHA said that it would resolve the issue of accessing and approaching the land soon.
