Islamabad: The Federal Government Employee Housing Foundation (FGEHF) has expressed interest in a joint venture partnership on land banking for Naya Pakistan Housing Programme, according to a publication. FGEHF has invited proposals from reputable firms on the matter.
The key perimeters for the joint venture are provided as follows:
- a) Land/site being offered should be in a compact piece and free from all encumbrances.
- b) Land/site should be located preferably on main road or having easy access from the main road.
- c) Only real owners or those holding valid power of attorney on behalf of real owners or a valid agreement to sell with the real owners of land are eligible.
- d) Authentic ownership documents by the revenue authorities should have been issued in the past three months.
- e) Status of utility services (like electricity, gas, water etc) at site to be indicated with evidence.
- f) Offered price of raw land and infrastructure development cost according to relevant local bye laws/codal provisions, must be indicated in the proposals.
- g) In case of Flats/Houses, construction cost along with engineer estimate based on drawing and specifications, as per relevant by-laws/codal provisions, must be indicated in proposals along with the terms of JV offer.
- h) Interested parties shall be facilitated by FGEHF in securing NOCs from all concerned departments.
FGEHF has required that proposals be sent within 30 days of the publishing of the advertisement expressing interest for joint venture.
