Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) has invited bids for developing at least 150,000 low-cost houses under the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP) project, according to a publication.

FGEHF is looking for firms with experience in developing infrastructure for houses and apartments. As per the requirements communicated, these firms need to be affiliated with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-1, or above.
Applicants will have to provide their tax record, in addition to following the procedures laid down by the authority. They can acquire bidding documents from FGEHF’s office by paying PKR 5,000 (non-refundable amount). The deadline to purchase these documents will expire on March 26, after working hours. The proposals have to be submitted by March 28.

Bidders will be post-qualified as per the information provided with the bid. The authority will not consider any applicants who fail to qualify in this procedure.
