Islamabad: The Federal Government Housing Authority (FGEHA) has shared that 1,188 plots of Category-I have been granted in the Park Road Housing Scheme to be allocated to federal government employees as per the approved layout plan, a news source reported on February 24.

As per the details, a 3.5% quota has been divided into different categories of employees; 2.5% for constitutional serving, 0.5% for constitutional retired, and 0.5% for the constitutional widow. The plots will be allotted based on age-wise seniority and length of service for constitutional bodies registered under Membership Drive-II. The news source mentioned that the Islamabad High Court, Supreme Court of Pakistan, Federal Shariat Court, Senate Secretariat, Election Commission of Pakistan, Federal Tax Ombudsman Office, Islamic Ideological Council, National Assembly Secretariat, and Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat will have reserved plots according to the approved quota policy.

Moreover, the remaining registered members will have the first right to allotment in Sectors F-14 and F-15. It was shared that the members will be accommodated in the Park Road Housing Scheme based on the availability of the plots. the allotment of plots of Category-I will take place after the litigation in Sectors F-14 and F-15 is cleared and the layout is finalised.
