Karachi: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has marked a remarkable achievement by raising PKR 600 million through the auction of commercial properties in Gulzar-e-Hijri, Karachi. The details are drawn from an article dated December 24.

According to the details, the event took place at the Prof Salim-uz-Zaman Siddiqui Auditorium, ICCBS, Karachi University, and drew significant attention from investors. The auction featured properties located in Sector 24-B, Scheme 33, Gulzar-e-Hijri, offering a range of commercial opportunities, including shops and plots.
Of the approximately 40 properties presented, 21 were successfully sold, comprising a mix of 21 commercial shops and 18 commercial plots. This outcome not only demonstrates the strong market appeal of these assets but also highlights FGEHA’s effective management and strategic planning.
